Ingredients
4 oz Vodka or Gin
4 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Lemon Thyme Bitters
2-4 oz Dry Rosé Champagne
Garnish:
Fresh Thyme
Lemon Twist
Instructions
Shake all but champagne with ice until chilled. Pour up in a cocktail glass and top with rose champagne. Garnish with fresh thyme and a lemon twist.
