Ingredients
2 oz White Rum (I prefer to split this, 1.5 oz Cap & Cane White Rum and .5 oz Cap & Cane Overproof Rum)
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Demerara Syrup
3 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Festivus Bitters (or Spiced Pineapple)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice around 8 seconds until chilled and diluted. Double strain into a coupe glass and serve with a pineapple frond.
Demerara Syrup
1 cup Demerara Sugar (Sugar in the Raw)
1 cup Water
Add ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on low heat until dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature before using, or chill in fridge ahead of time.
