10 oz Citrus Forward Gin
10 oz Fresh Orange Juice
10 oz Pineapple Juice
750 ml Champagne, Brut
2-4 oz Grenadine
.25 oz Remedy Cocktail Company Pink Peppercorn Bitters
Fill pitcher with large ice cubes. Add Gin, Juices, and bitters. Mix until combined. Slowly pour in champagne, giving it a gently stir to maintain as many bubbles as possible. Pour in Grenadine slowly to let it sink to the bottom for an ombre effect. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
