Bright, delicate, and effortlessly elegant, this cocktail is a love letter to aperitivo hour. Crisp, botanical gin sets the foundation, layered with the softly quinine-kissed sweetness of Cocchi Americano and a subtle blush of Aperol for gentle bitterness and citrus glow.
Four dashes of Crescent City Bitters bring a final flourish—aromatic spice, citrus peel, and New Orleans soul—tying the drink together with depth and intrigue. Light on its feet but full of character, this is the perfect opener for a long night ahead.
