The fourth and final of our series dedicated to our friend’s bathroom renovation, “The Half Day” is a split mezcal and tequila base margarita with guava nectar, lime, and our lime and sea salt bitters. I imagine the light smoke flavor being reminiscent of the contractors peeling out of her driveway on their way to the bar after working a “hard” half day on her bathroom. Otherwise this cocktail is lightly sweet but well balanced and gives you a real vacation feel.
