Starting with the quintessential tart notes of a Bee’s Knees this riff takes on a bitter coffee flare thanks to the Mr. Black Amaro and the coffee notes in the Walnut Torte bitters which also offer a slightly floral finish.
Ingredients
2 oz Barr Hill Gin
.5 oz Mr Black Amaro
.75 oz Rich Honey Syrup (2:1)
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Walnut Torte Bitters
Garnish:
Lemon Peel
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
