The Beeblebrox Sour

This mezcal sour we’ve dubbed “The Beeblebrox Sour” thanks to the unique local craft liqueur we used called Zaphod, IYKYK. Zaphod is a limited release fruit and herb liqueur from Brothers Vigalys Spirits Company based in Durham, NC and therefore a perfect candidate for being featured in day 6 of our Craft Spirit Week posts. The notes of Starfuit, Guava, Mint, Sage, Lemongrass, and Peppercorns begged for an agave spirit and our Pink Peppercorn Bitters moderated the smoke elements of this Espadin. Overall the cocktail is complex, smooth, and balanced with a combination of sweet, smoke, and just the right amount of bitter.
