This cosmopolitan utilizes unsweetened cranberry juice and Remedy’s pink peppercorn bitters to create the perfectly balanced pink drink. A little tart and a little sweet, the pink peppercorn bitters add depth to this cocktail but by no means take over this modern classic cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Pink Peppercorn Bitters
Garnish:
Lime Wheel or Dehydrated Lime Garnish
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and strain into a martini or cocktail glass, garnish with lime.
