This spicy daiquiri riff incorporates sweet and tart pineapple juice with baking spices and chili liqueur for a well balanced cocktail. Sweet and only slightly tart on the front of the palate evolving into a baking spice dry finish thanks to the combination of the all spice dram and our tiki bitters. While there is a slight spicy note thanks to the chili liqueur it is not overpowering. This daiquiri find itself at home in summer or would work great for the holidays as well.
1.5 oz Lightly Aged Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz All Spice Dram
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Tiki Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
