Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon
.75 oz Apple spice syrup
3 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Autumn Orchard Bitters
1 egg white

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice. Shake for 8 seconds, strain the cocktail into the smaller tin and remove the ice. Shake dry (without ice) for another 8 seconds. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with drops of Bitters.
