This Noir Boulevardier skews heavier on the bourbon like many boulevardier cocktails and enjoys added depth and complexity from our Noir bitters. This Negroni for bourbon lovers deserves its own day of the year so we decided to mix this one up for the official unofficial national Boulevardier Day tomorrow and every 3rd Sunday in July for any who care to celebrate it.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Bourbon
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Noir Bitters
Garnish:
Expressed Lemon Peel
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled strain over a large cube of ice in a double rocks glass and express a lemon peel over top and garnish with the peel.
