The Velvet Falernum and Italicus in this cocktail work to bring lots of subtle herbal and spice notes to this light and refreshing sipper. The tart fresh lime counter the sweetness added in the liqueurs to help balance this drink with the help of Remedy Cocktail Company’s Lime and Sea Salt Bitters. While you could sub in tequila for the mezcal, this espadin adds a great smokey finish to go with the sea salt in the bitters.


1 oz Mezcal Espadin
1 oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
1 oz Velvet Falernum
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Remedy Cocktail Company Lime & Sea Salt Bitters

Luxardo Cherry
Spent Lime Shell


Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and serve up in a cocktail glass.
