For National Scotch Day we decided to feature a less common scotch cocktail called the Gold Mine. This scotch sour features the accompanying flavors of sherry and Galliano. Our Aromatic bitters add depth and complexity while offering balance making this cocktail not too sweet and not too sour.
Ingredients
.5 oz Scotch
.5 oz Amantillado Sherry
.5 oz Galliano
.5 oz Egg White
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
1 oz Lemonade
Garnish:
Orange Slice and
Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
Shake All ingredients except lemonade without ice vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a double old fashioned glass. Top with lemonade and garnish.
