This cocktail is coffee forward thanks to the robust flavor of Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur with a tropical flare thanks to the hints of banana and coconut. The burnt sugar syrup adds a caramel note of sweetness while the egg white helps round out the mouth feel giving it a creamy texture along with the coconut milk. While it is on the sweeter side our own coconut bitters help dry out the finish to this luscious dessert drink.
1.50 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
0.50 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
0.50 oz Burnt sugar syrup
1 oz Unsweetened coconut milk
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Toasted Coconut Bitters
1 oz Egg white
Add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 20-30 seconds (no ice). Add ice and shake for another 10-15 seconds to chill. Pour into coupe and garnish with banana chip.
