2 cups two-percent Milk
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 pinch Cinnamon
1/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chili Liqueur
1 oz Bourbon Barrel Anejo Tequila
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Chocolate Chili Bitters
Combine milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon in a sauce pan until warm. Add chocolate chips and mix until melted. Once warm (do not boil) remove from heat and add tequila, ancho liqueur, and bitters. Garnish with marshmallows and dried chili pepper.
