Unlike its classic counterpart this Negroni is light and delicate on the palate. The subtle floral notes from the Bitter Bianco Work well with the sweet dark cherry notes from our Black Cherry Bitters at the end of this drink.
Ingredients
1 oz Dry Gin
1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Black Cherry Bitters
Garnish:
Fresh Black Cherry
OR Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Pour over large cube in a double rocks glass and garnish.
