Sweet and tart with a hint of chili and a spiced cocoa finish. I would to recommend a salt rim for this margarita, however a sugar or cinnamon sugar rim may be well placed here for someone who likes a sweeter cocktail. This cocktail has a lot to offer and may be one of our new favorite margarita riffs.
.75 oz Tequila Blanco
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.50 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
.50 oz Demerara Simple Syrup (1:1)
1 oz Pineapple Juice
3 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Mexican Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake until chilled. Pour up in a cocktail glass or over a large cube in a cocktail or double rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
