Being National Vanilla Milkshake day and the second day of Craft Spirits Week we decided to represent another Wilmington, NC brand by incorporating Blue Shark Vodka into this delicious milkshake. The ice cream for this concoction is Vanilla Brown Sugar ice cream sourced from our local favorite spot Pints Ice Cream & Beer. Creamy, cold, and delightful this boozy milkshake has strong vanilla flavor and deceptively smooth. Our bitters add a nice complexity and helps prevent it from being cloying while not distracting from the strong vanilla notes.
Ingredients
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Licor 43
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Aromatic Bitters
1 pint High Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup of Ice
Garnish:
Orange Peel
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large milkshake or hurricane glass. Wrap orange peel around your straw for aromatics and garnish.
