This old fashioned recycles the syrup from your fancy cherries as a syrup for your cocktail. If you like a sweeter old fashioned feel free to add a couple more bar spoons of the syrup if you have it. Enjoy the notes of black cherry and cocoa on the finish of this drink.
Ingredients
3 oz Bourbon
1 bar spoon Cherry Syrup
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Black Cherry Bitters
Garnish:
Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish accordingly.
