The Aqua Velva started as an 80’s drink served up with lemon lime soda, this version uses lemon, our lime and sea salt bitters and club soda. Thanks to A Couple Cooks for bringing this one back to our attention. Adding our bitters helps keep this drink balanced and refreshing.
Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Gin
¾ oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Lime & Sea Salt Bitters
2 oz Soda Water
Garnish:
Lemon and Cocktail Cherry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice until chilled. Pour over fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish.
