1.5 oz Hibiscus Infused Dry Gin
1.5 oz White Creme de Cacao
.25 oz Amaretto Liqueur
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Black Walnut Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice until chilled. Pour gently into a cocktail glass and garnish with a chocolate truffle.
*To infuse the gin, add 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers for every 4 oz of gin you are infusing to a clean glass jar. Seal and shake, letting it sit for at least 30 minutes before straining.
