For international Dark ‘n’ Stormy day we bring you an Even Darker Storm, which is a mash up of our Noir Bitters and a classic Dark ‘n’ Stormy cocktail. The tamarind flavors from the bitters compliment the ginger flavors while the smoke and walnut add depth.
Ingredients
2 oz Goslings Black Rum
.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Noir Bitters
4-6 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish:
Lime Wheel
Instructions
Build in tall glass by adding rum, lime, and bitters before filling with ice. Then top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
